Refund & Shipping
Returns are accepted within 14 business days for a full refund or exchange and must be accompanied by the original receipt. To be eligible for returns, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you've received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer on returned and exchanged items. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on final sale items. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us without getting in touch first.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. While we do our best to make sure your merchandise arrives safely, we have no control over the handling of your package after we have shipped your merchandise. In the unfortunate event that your merchandise is damaged during shipping please contact us within 48 hours at email@example.com.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
