Refund & Shipping

Returns are accepted within 14 business days for a full refund or exchange and must be accompanied by the original receipt. To be eligible for returns, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you've received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer on returned and exchanged items. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us without getting in touch first.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. While we do our best to make sure your merchandise arrives safely, we have no control over the handling of your package after we have shipped your merchandise. In the unfortunate event that your merchandise is damaged during shipping please contact us within 48 hours at

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

FREE standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States on orders $55+ plus, via USPS Priority Mail. Shipment service takes an average of 3-7 business days depending on your location. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. 
We take pride in creating our candles by hand and our goal is to process all orders as quickly as possible without sacrificing the quality. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours, please allow us up to 72 hours to process your orders placed on weekends or holidays.
